When you experience a car accident, the insurance company will often attempt to settle the claim quickly and cheaply.  This may mean that you don’t receive full and fair compensation. Seek medical attention if you don’t feel right, and contact us as soon as possible. In order to receive the money that you deserve for damages, expenses, and future costs, Youngblood Law Firm may inform you that a lawsuit may be necessary.

A trucking accident is unlike a typical automobile accident in that certain trucks are regulated at a higher level and held to higher standards of operation.  Trucking companies often cut corners resulting in savings to them, and severe injury or death to others.  It is important to understand how they operate and to work with the right experts to determine the real cause of these failures.  Contact us if you or a loved one has been the victim of a trucking accident.

Accidents involving motorcycles can be devastating, but they are also different from a typical automobile accident. If you are a motorcyclist with an injury from an accident you need the experience of Youngblood Law Firm; we understand the psychology of a motorcyclist and the drivers with whom they share the road.

A design or manufacturing defect can render a product unsafe to use. When these defects aren’t caught prior to use, they can result in unexpected injury. Injuries ranging from minor to severe are grounds for a product defect lawsuit. The manufacturer can be held liable for personal injuries, medical expenses, wage loss, and ongoing damages caused by the defect.  Contact Youngblood Law Firm to learn more about how we can help you.

Nursing home abuse is among the most frustrating because our elderly loved ones are entrusted to the hands of professionals who will supposedly take better care of our loved ones than we can. However, this often does not happen. Contact Youngblood Law Firm if you or a loved one is suffering or has suffered at the hands of caregivers.

When a landowner or possessor, fails to maintain its premises in a reasonably safe condition, fails to correct a dangerous condition of which it knew or should have known, or fails to warn about a dangerous condition,  you might have a claim against the property owner, or the one responsible for maintaining that property. Contact Youngblood Law Firm to learn more about premise liability.

When a person is killed as a result of negligent actions, Youngblood Law Firm can pursue a lawsuit for you against the responsible party. This allows some or all surviving family members to receive monetary damages for their pain and suffering, medical bills, the costs of funeral arrangements and other expenses.

We don't walk with our head down watching every place we step.  Property owners are responsible to maintain their property in a reasonably safe condition and warn of any known dangers.  These dangers can be something on the floor that causes you to slip; or something sticking up, or otherwise not compliant with building code, that should not be that causes you to trip.  These situations often cause serious injuries. Depending on the circumstances, the victim can sue the property owner for compensation even though the victim might, potentially, be partially at fault. Examples of dangerous conditions contributing to such injuries are poor lighting, defective stairs/steps, wet floors, cracked sidewalks, and worn, torn, or curled-up rugs and carpeting.  Have someone take pictures if you are not able to do so; get names of witnesses; get medical attention right away; and contact us!

These particular injuries result in damage to the spine, spinal cord, or brain. Your rights, and damages to which you may be entitled vary according to whether you were in an auto-related injury, a fall, medical-related neglect, or other claim. Youngblood Law Firm will guide and inform you throughout the process.

Sometimes referred to as medical malpractice, this is when a medical provider's simple negligence or treatment falls below the standard of the medical community, resulting in injury or death. Worsening symptoms or additional injury may result from the carelessness of a medical professional. If you suspect that you or a loved one has been the victim of medical malpractice or neglect, contact Youngblood Law Firm to learn about your legal options.

About Youngblood Law Firm

Youngblood Law Firm only represents the injured or family of your deceased loved one.  We have never represented an insurance company, nor the insured defendant.  Most of these companies have impressive resources that allow them to fight the claims of injured persons or their representatives every step of the way. Mr. Youngblood has been a licensed and practicing attorney for 30 years in Florida, specializing in personal and wrongful death.  He and his legal team will work closely with you throughout the entire process, and will help level the playing field.  We will educate you about all available legal options, making sure you understand the potential consequences, and ensuring that you feel completely confident in our guidance and assistance.  We will answer your questions anytime and we will explain the process so you can anticipate each step.

Our Firm's History

Mr. Youngblood was sworn in and licensed to practice law in the State of Florida in May, 1990. He then founded our firm in January, 1993.  Over that time, we have represented a wide range of clients all over the entire state of Florida. We are qualified to practice in both State and all Federal Courts, having brought cases in many counties and throughout the State, and in all three of the Federal District Courts throughout the State.

Mr. Youngblood has had cases in most of the five State District Courts of Appeal, and before the Supreme Court of Florida.  He has also had cases in the Federal 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and even in the United States Supreme Court.

Our specialty is in cases that involve catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. Today, less than 2% of attorneys are Board Certified in Civil Trial Practice. Mr. Youngblood is one of these few Board Certified attorneys who, because of that accomplishment, is permitted by the Florida Bar, to hold himself out as an “expert” or a “specialist”.
